Jen Govey has now been organising the Dress for ME Challenge for a number of years in order to raise awareness and funds for IiMER.
Jen's efforts are imaginative, creative, entertaining and always makes us smile as she brings so much fun - and glamour - to the world whilst raising awareness and funds for the charity - all despite having hard times due to ME.
Jen has created the #DressForME Challenge which aims to-
* Dress extraordinary and do something ordinary.
* Take a photo and post it on social media with the hashtag #DressForME and a link to the fundraising page.
* Nominate 3 friends to join in!
Jen herself has been quite ill recently due to ME yet she still continues to raise so much awareness and valuable funds for research.
She previously made a video to celebrate the birthday of Monty Python's Eric Idle (click the centre of the images to the right).
ME can be the most isolated of worlds and the suffering is unacceptable.
Thanks to Jen for giving us some moments where we can forget about ME, if just for a short while.
